We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings if we have drivers available.
Our cancellation policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled time; cancellations up to 24 hours before get a 50% refund, and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Just let us know via WhatsApp.
Customize your own day tour
Yes, absolutely! Custom itineraries are our specialty. You can choose your own destinations or ask your driver for local recommendations. We charge per car per day, not per stop.
Paying for the service
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, which can be transferred to our official bank account. The remaining balance can be paid directly to your driver in cash (IDR) at the first day of the service.
