Privacy Policy

Bali Nusa Transport provides private drivers, airport transfers, car rental with driver and day tours in Bali. We are based at Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No.36, Tuban, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. • When you contact or book with us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: your name, phone number, email address, your messages and your trip details (pickup place, date, time, number of passengers, destination).
• When you ask for a price on our website: the address you type and your number of passengers, so our booking system can work out the driving distance and price. Address suggestions are provided through Google Maps services.
• When you book and pay online (where available): your name, phone number, email address and pickup date and time. Payments are processed by Xendit; we never see or store your card details.
• When you use our contact form: what you type in it, delivered to our inbox by the Web3Forms service.
• When you browse our website: usage data collected by Google Analytics through cookies, such as the pages you visit, how you found us, your device and browser, your approximate location, and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email buttons. We do not send your name, phone number or messages to Google Analytics.

• To give you prices, arrange and confirm your booking, assign your driver and contact you about your trip.
• To take payment and handle refunds under our cancellation and refund policy.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it, for example which pages help travellers find what they need.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We process your data to provide the service you ask for, with your consent, and in our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

• Your driver or guide: your name, phone number and trip details, so they can pick you up.
• Service providers that run our website and bookings: our booking platform (Qail), Xendit for payments, Google (Maps and Analytics), Web3Forms for the contact form, WhatsApp for messages, and Cloudflare, which hosts our website.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia under their own safeguards.

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits to our website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our booking card and the rest of the website work without these cookies.

We keep booking and contact records for as long as we need them to provide your service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email booking@balinusatransport.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as we can.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
