We recommend booking your airport transfer or car rental at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For peak season (July-August, December-January) and large group bookings, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

For airport transfers, please provide your flight number, arrival or departure time, the number of passengers, hotel name and address, and any special requirements such as child seats. For day tours and car rentals, we need your preferred dates, pickup location, number of guests, and any specific destinations or activities you want to include.

Absolutely! We specialize in serving international tourists and guests from around the world. All our drivers speak English and are experienced in working with foreign visitors. We understand the needs of international travelers and provide professional, reliable service tailored to your comfort and safety.

We require a 50% deposit via bank transfer to confirm your booking, and payment details will be provided upon confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid directly to your driver at the end of the service. We accept cash payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR – preferred) as well as major foreign currencies including USD, EUR, and AUD.

Yes, we understand that travel plans can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to modify your booking at no charge. Cancellations are free up to 7 days before pickup, refunded 50% up to 24 hours before, and non-refundable within 24 hours. For changes made less than 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
